Area Preparation: Surface must be dry. Remove all loose, peeling paint, dirt, grease and any other surface contaminants. Putty all nail holes, and caulk all cracks and open seams. Sanding improves adhesion to glossy, rough, and patched surfaces.

APPLICATION
Stir thoroughly. Apply with a high-quality brush, roller, paint pad, or by spray equipment. Thinning is usually not required. If necessary, thin with up to ¼ pint (118 mL) of water per gallon (3.78 Liters). Apply primer only when air, product, and surface temperatures are between 50° F (10°C) and 90°F (32°C). Normally dries to touch in 30 minutes at 77°F (25°C). Clean tools with warm, soapy water.
