Area Preparation: Surface must be dry and free from loose peeling paint, dirt, mildew, curing compounds, loose or excess mortar, mortar spatter, salt deposits, and other surface contaminants. All large voids, cracks and surface imperfections should be filled with a cement-sand grout.

APPLICATION
Stir thoroughly. Apply with a high-quality brush, roller, paint pad or by spray equipment. When using more than one container of the same color, intermix to ensure color uniformity. No thinning is usually required. If needed, add up to 1 pint (473 mL) of water per gallon (3.78 Liters).
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE
Apply primer only when air, product and surface temperatures are above 50° F (10° C).
DRYING TIME
Normally dries to touch in one hour at 77° F (25° C).
CLEANUP
Clean tools and hands with warm, soapy water.
