Area Preparation: Surface must be dry. Remove all loose, peeling paint, dirt, mildew, grease and any other surface contaminants.Putty all holes and caulk all open seams. Sand all glossy, rough and patched surfaces.

APPLICATION
Stir thoroughly. Apply with a high-quality brush, roller, paint pad or by spray equipment. Thinning is usually not required. If needed, add up to ¼ pint (118 mL) of water per gallon (3.78 Liters).
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE
Apply primer only when air, product and surface temperatures are above 50° F (10° C).
DRYING TIME
Normally dries to touch in 30 minutes at 77° F (25° C).
CLEANUP
Clean tools and hands with warm, soapy water.
